The Structure
Pre-Work: Decision Clarity Assessment Before we meet, each leader completes a confidential assessment. This surfaces individual perspectives on risk, vision, authority, and the decision at hand — creating the foundation for everything that follows.
Day One: Pattern Revelation We surface what's beneath the surface. Authority dynamics, unspoken tensions, misaligned assumptions, and relational undercurrents are identified, named, and examined — not to assign blame, but to create the clarity that honest decisions require.
Day Two: Decision Architecture With the pattern revealed, we build forward. You'll leave Day Two with a shared framework, structural agreements, and a clear sense of how to move — together or otherwise — with integrity and confidence.
