What to Expect During a Clear the Static Group Session

Wednesday, October 8 2025 - 4:30PM - 6:00 PM - FREE
Kintnersville, PA

These 90-minute sessions are designed to help you reset, reconnect, and re-tune—without pressure to perform or “fix” anything. Here’s how the experience unfolds:

1. Welcome Circle

We begin by gathering as a group, either seated outdoors or in a covered space, depending on weather. This is a gentle moment of arrival. Participants are invited (not required) to introduce themselves with name and a few words about what brought them here. This helps us land together, create connection, and set the tone of care.

2. Setting the Container

Before moving toward the herd, we’ll review the foundational principles that create a safe space for everyone involved:

  • Respect for self and others

  • Confidentiality: What happens in the field, stays in the field

  • Consent and choice: You are always in charge of your level of participation

This isn’t a space for coaching, fixing, or advising. It’s a space to be witnessed, felt, and held—by the group and the horses.

3. Herd Observation + Guided Prompts

We then enter the field—physically and energetically.

You’ll have time to observe the herd from a respectful distance, guided by prompts like:

  • Which horse are you drawn to, and why?

  • What’s happening in your body as you watch?

  • What dynamics or behaviors remind you of your own inner state or relationships?

You are welcome to write in a journal, sit in silence, or engage in light group discussion—based entirely on your comfort and internal cueing. No prior horse experience is needed.

4. Closing Circle

We reconvene to ground what’s emerged—through breath, reflection, or simple presence. This is not about summarizing or sharing everything, but about sealing the experience with intention.

You’ll be offered a gentle way to name what you’re taking with you and to return to your day more coherently aligned.

🌿 A Few Notes Before You Arrive

  • No horse experience is needed, and there will be no riding.

  • Please wear weather-appropriate clothing (layers)  and closed-toed shoes you feel comfortable standing or walking in.

  • Bring a journal or notebook to capture your reflections or sketches.

  • Water, sunscreen, and bug spray are also a good idea depending on the weather.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin on time and with ease.
